Honda Life History
|The Honda Life is a keicar sedan that was produced by Honda between 1971 and 1974. It was offered a 2 door or 4 door sedan or as a 2 door wagon model. It had an air cooled, 36hp 356cc engine.
In 1997 the Life name was resurrected for a new line of small, front wheel drive, 5 door MPV style cars for Honda, which required a redesign for 1998 because of new Japanese taxing regulations. In 2003 the model was updated, and now includes a 660cc 3 cylinder engine, with an optional turbo charger, mated to a 4 speed automatic transmission. The safety features were significantly improved and engine emissions were reduced.
Since the beginning of production this model had body type Light RV.
